Amy Samuel is a 5th generation Grandview native, a 1988 graduate of Grandview High School and proud supporter of all things Zebra.
After college, she married and moved to McKinney where she taught elementary music, directed children's choirs, produced a children's music camp each summer, directed a music school and helped some friends start a community theater. In her love for community theater, she performed, produced and tackled a myriad of behind the scenes tasks to bring productions to life. For their last 5 years in McKinney, she helped to grow a local medical warehouse, Mission Regan, as their office manager.
Amy and husband, Wendell, raised 4 children in McKinney before leaving the city to spread out on 80 acres in Grandview. They are both very involved with their church, StoneWater Cleburne, and currently run Hidden Spring Acres and have an Airbnb along with a sprawling garden that often shows up at the local farmers market - that is, when they're not off visiting grandkids in Oregon.
